How to take?

Three ways to eat:

  1. Jelly state: Store in a refrigerator at 0-3 degrees Celsius for about 4 hours and it will turn into jelly state.
  2. Liquid state: can be opened and drunk directly
  3. Without opening, soak the bottle in hot water for about 5 minutes to allow it to be consumed while still warm.

How many bottles can I drink a day?

One bottle a day is enough to replenish the collagen needed by our body. However, because fish scale jelly is made from pure natural ingredients and is a low-calorie food, taking more will not cause any burden to the body.

Can I drink tea and coffee after taking this medicine?

There is currently no medical research indicating that coffee and tea have any effect on collagen absorption.

Refund and Return Inquiries

How to get a refund if I find a fishy smell?

We value every customer's experience and guarantee that our fish scale jelly is 100% odorless. If you are not satisfied, you can get a refund. However, to ensure a fair and smooth refund process and protect the rights of other customers, please comply with the following refund terms:

  1. Application time: You must submit a refund application within 3 days of receiving the product and state the reason.
  2. Photo/video evidence: Please provide photos or videos of the product after opening the bottle but not fully consumed, and describe the fishy smell (we will submit it to the product department for verification).
  3. Remaining products need to be returned: Before a refund is issued, the uneaten fish scale jelly (at least 6 bottles left) must be sent back to our headquarters and we will bear the postage.
  4. Processing time: We will complete the verification and refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
  5. Refund method: The funds will be refunded directly to the bank account provided by the customer (Malaysia).

Warm reminder: All our products have passed the USM invivo test and are available for tasting in 20 stores in Malaysia to ensure quality, safety and no fishy smell. If you have any questions about the taste, you are welcome to visit the store for a free tasting first.

If the bottle I received is broken, can I apply for a refund?

According to company regulations, no refund will be given and the customer will be re-issued with the broken fish scale jelly. Customers must provide photo proof and contact customer service for further processing.
